Hola!! Just a quick update about the Gym in Hondón de los Frailes “ESPORT I SALUT” run by Chris. It’s moved !!! But only a few metros onto the main road through Frailes. It’s opposite the Sinatra’s Bar.
Chris can now offer a lot more room and group activities/fitness sessions. And don’t forget his lovely wife offers beauty treatments. Go see them, they are really helpful. Recommended.
OK, I admit it - I needed to lose weight! Too much Sun, Sand & Siesta – and that Ali-oli (Garlic Mayo’) on crusty bread takes it’s toll sooner or later…
So swimming a few lengths in the family pool just wasn’t shifting it. So orf to the Gym ol’ chap I went !!
Well Chris at ESPORT I SALUT (main church street in Hondon De Los Frailes) opposite the Chemist has set-up a small & neat, but well equipped Gym and Weights Room. He has various membership / monthly payment options and will ‘induct’ you into the ways of the machines – very easy actually ! Chris knows a lot about fitness and is on hand for help and advice. He’ll also do personal training, massage, Sports Therapy and more… all good stuff !
Well I’ve been going for about 2 months now and feel tens time better, shape is changing slowly… weight? only lost a few Kilo’s but Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Oh, and he and his wife also offer other health & beauty goodies too. Visit the gym or give them a call
